We had lots of fun carving our pumpkins this year. The boys are old pros but this was Jenna's first time. I was very proud of her, lets just say that Jenna is braver then her brothers were at this age. That's my girl! Here are the before shots.

Being old pros didn't mean the boys wanted to actually touch any of the pumpkin guts. They preferred to pick out the seeds. Dayton warmed up eventually and got his hands dirty but Wyatt, who would of thought, didn't want to get dirty.
Jenna didn't want to touch the guts at first either, which is to be expected by a newbie.
She doesn't look it, but she really is having fun here.
She got over it and dug right in.
It was actually dark in when I took this picture, but the flash made it bright. This is lighting the pumpkins for the first time.

Cute pix. I love the one of Jenna diggin in. That post will be perfect for teasing the boys in there teens that Jenna was more rugged than they were at diving into the pumkins. :)We still haven't carved any pumpkins yet. I'm embracing my bad mother side. :)
